Electives!!!

This term I am doing the Peak Fitness elective. Each week we walk down to peak fitness gym and do a work out. We split into two groups and one group goes inside and one group goes outside. last week I was inside and did 60 skips and 20 wall balls and you keep rotating. After our work out we warmed down and did stretches like squats, lunges, arm stretches and star jumps.
