Maths Probability Game

Today in maths we played a probability game.
How it works
You have a group of people and you have 12 snails a person chooses 1 or 2 of them. You have a board and you put the snails on them then you roll the two dice. Then you move your snail up the chart until 3 snails have crossed the line. After that you record the 1st 2nd and 3rd places 1st get 5 pnts 2nd get 3 pnts and 3rd gets 1 pnt. You have to play the game a least 5 times, the winner is the pnts with the most pnts.
Results:
First game 1st- 10 Sofia 2nd-7 Henry 3rd Henry
Second game 1st-7 Sofia 2nd- 9 Oscar
In our games 7-6-89 had the most chance of winning  because the dice goes up to 6 and 1 had no chance because there were 2 dices. Also 12  had an unlikely chance because you had to get doubles also 11 because it was so high on the dice.

Update:
From this table below I have learnt that there is a 1 in 6 chance of rolling a double
