Room 20 YOGA

On Wednesday room 20 did our first yoga lesson. For Hillary's inquiry we are doing Healthy Bodies Strong Minds. In our topic there are the four walls, they are Mental well-being, Social well-being, Physical well-being and our Spiritcal well-being. Doing yoga is for your mental well-being. In yoga it is all about relaxing and having fun. Some things that we did was go in the jungle and find all the animals, and at the end we had a sleep. Here are some photo's

Today we had the Mandarin lesson with Tracy Lao Shi. We learnt about some Chinese traditions like the Chinese New Year and also the population-1.379 billion, ethnic groups-59 groups, food rice noddles sweet and sour pork, and some specal things like the Great Wall Of China and table tenis the national sport. 

Persuasive writing

In the past week for room 20's writing we have been doing persuasive writing. We got into groups four and writ a strong text about a animal to persuade the people to get or find it. To present it we did a plan then intro, reason one, two, three and last the conclusion. We got to choose what the reasons were and write about them and the main idea.
